Dhri India Return, Exchange and Refund Policy 

All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisan and women of India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product.

Despite these variables, at Dhri, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.

At dhriindia, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we offer a clear and comprehensive return, exchange, and refund policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Products on discount and during sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Please review the following guidelines to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

1.      Return Policy

We accept returns for apparel within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, please note that the following conditions apply:
Eligibility for Returns:

·      Unworn and Unwashed Products: Items must be returned in their original condition. Apparel must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.

·      Tags and Packaging: Products must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

·      Non-Returnable Items: The following products cannot be returned:

·      Worn or used apparel.

·      Items without the original packaging or tags.

·      Customized or personalized items.

·      Underwear, sleepwear, and intimates for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return:

·       To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dhriindia.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

·       Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

·       Once your request is processed, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Return Shipping:

·       Return shipping costs will be borne by DhriIndia only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In all other cases, the return shipping cost will be the customer is responsibility.

·       Please use a reliable shipping service to ensure that the product reaches us safely.

2.      Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the size, color, or style may not be what you expected. If you wish to exchange a product, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchanges:

·       Exchanges are only allowed if the product is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

·       Exchange requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.


 Exchange Process:

·       To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@dhriindia.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.

·       We will guide you through the process of returning the original product and selecting the new item for exchange.

·       Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit (as per your preference).

Shipping for Exchanges:

·       Shipping for exchanges is free if the exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

·       If the exchange is due to size/color preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

3.      Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer refunds under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refunds:

·       Refunds are only available if the item is unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

·       Apparel must not be worn or washed. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for worn apparel.

·       Refunds will not be issued if the product falls under non-returnable items (as mentioned in the return policy).

Refund Process:

·       To request a refund, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

·       Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition.

·       The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.). Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Exceptions:

·       If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund, including return shipping charges.

·       We do not offer refunds for items purchased during promotions or clearance sales.

 

4.      Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Products 

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

·       Underwear, Sleepwear, Intimates, or Hygiene Products.

·       Custom-made or personalized products. 

·       Products that have been worn, washed, or altered. 

·       Products without tags, packaging, or accessories. 

 

5.      Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

·       Contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the item with your order number and a description of the damage or defect.

·       Photographic evidence of the damage or defect will be required for processing a return, exchange, or refund.

·       We will arrange for the collection of the damaged product at no additional cost to you.

 

6.      Terms & Conditions

Refund or Exchange Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges typically take 7-10 business days to process once the returned product has been received by us.

Store Credit Option: In cases where a refund is not possible, we may offer store credit for the full value of the product, which can be used on future purchases.
